Thank you for your interest in Lake Valley Properties Inc long term rentals. If you are interested in one of our long term rentals, we ask that you please drive by first to make sure you like the location, then you can check out a key to see the inside (unless an appointment is necessary).

We check keys out between 9 am-2 pm Monday – Friday. Weekend appointments for viewing may be made in advance by calling us at (530) 544-7010 during Monday through Friday office hours. Every property is individually owned and may or may not allow pets. Pets are not allowed in the properties unless noted below.
