Thank you for your interest in Lake Valley Properties Inc, for long term rentals. If you are interested in one of our long term rentals, we ask that you please drive by first to make sure you like the location, then you can check out a key to see the inside (unless an appointment is necessary.)

We check keys out between 9 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend appointments for viewing maybe made in advance by calling us at (530) 544-7010 during Monday – Friday office hours. Every property is individually owned and may or may not allow pets. Pets are not allowed in the properties unless noted below.
